Here's a pretty good site with information on the heart. Includes a very good animation showing the hearts actions in conjunction with the EKG waveform. Has anamtomy of the heart, etc

not quite CBET, but here is one of the best CompTIA A= training sites ever, and its FREE. If you look , there is also one for Network+ as well.

I use the Morrison CBET exam guide. Dig the flash cards.
Do you use any paper based study material as well? If so what is it?
